Quick answers
How much does a website cost?
Every price is listed above. Fixed packages run from $3,000 to $12,000 ex GST and start any week. Custom builds and online stores start from $15,000 ex GST and take one of six slots a season. Either way you get a fixed quote before you pay anything.
How do I book a build?
Once the fixed quote suits you, we send a secure link for the deposit. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and there's no card surcharge. The deposit comes off your build price, and once it clears the slot is yours. Cancel within 30 days of your start week and a slot release fee of up to 10% of the build price can apply, refunded if we fill the slot. Clause 12 of our website terms covers the rest.
How long does a build take?
Packages typically run one to five weeks, and custom builds are planned to go live inside the season they start in. The clock starts when everything on your content checklist is in, logins included, not when you pay. If the words and images aren't ready, we can write the copy and shoot the photos as an add-on. Late content or feedback moves the launch date by at least the same time.
Which platforms do you build on?
Any of them: Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer or custom code. We recommend the one that suits whoever runs the site after launch.
Do you shoot the photos and video too?
Yes, as an add-on to any build. Our own crew shoots in our North Strathfield studio or at your place, planned around the pages. A half day is $1,500 ex GST and a full day is $2,500 ex GST.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain and platform accounts are in your name from day one, and the design, copy, code, photos and video we make for your site become yours once everything due is paid. Paid themes, apps, fonts and stock images stay licensed from their makers, as our website terms set out. Our own reusable code stays ours, and you get a permanent licence to use it. A custom-code site stays on our hosting while you're on a plan. To host it yourself, take our export at no charge, or we do the move for the fee listed above.
What if October to December fills up?
Get in touch anyway. We keep enquiries in the order they arrive, and you'll be offered January to March slots ahead of anyone who enquires after you. Holding your place costs nothing and commits neither of us. Packages don't use a slot, so they start any week.
