What we collect

Visual Lab (Suite 205, Level 2, 9 George St, North Strathfield NSW 2137) collects the information you choose to send through this website. That's usually your name and email, your company and what you tell us about the project.

The Quick Observation runs in your browser. Your answers stay on your screen and aren't sent to us.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the job. Enquiries are kept in our own client records and by the service that hosts this website.

We don't sell your information, share it with anyone for their marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Your enquiry reference

When you send an enquiry you get a reference number and a status link. The link shows the stage your enquiry is at and when it last moved, and nothing else: no names, emails or project details.

The chat on this site

If you use the chat assistant, your messages go to our software provider to write the replies, and that provider may process them outside Australia. The conversation stays in your browser tab. We only keep it if you ask the assistant to file an enquiry, and then only the details you confirm.

Brand Observations

If you ask for a free Brand Observation, we look only at public material: your website and your public social profiles. The page we send back is yours.

Fonts, scripts and cookies

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and some of its scripts from jsDelivr, and both see your IP address when they serve them. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Seeing or deleting what we hold

We keep enquiry records for as long as they're commercially relevant. Email info@visuallab.com.au at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we'll act on it promptly, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
