Important Booking Information:

 

  • Ensure the name used during booking matches the name registered at the competition.
  • If purchasing for someone else, the competitor's name must be specified in the booking notes.

  • Pricing: $150 
     
  • Details: Receive Maximum 20 images in total (will vary depending on time spent on stage) 
     
  • Note: Only top 3 placings of each division will receive placing images.
     
  • Delivery: All images will be delivered via email with a link to a private, password-protected gallery within 3 weeks of the show date.

 

2. VIDEO & PHOTO PACKAGE

  • Price: $550.00

 

  • Includes:
    • A comprehensive package covering all divisions plus a hype reel video, ensuring consistent quality across both media types.
    • Personalised video showcasing your stage presence.
    • Formats suitable for Instagram reel display. (9:16 portrait ratio)
    • Duration of 30-60 seconds.
    • 20 images in total.

  • Music Selection:
    • Please share your top 3 preferred song choices in the notes section at checkout.
    • Our editor will select one of your submitted songs for the final video.
    • If music preferences are not provided before show day, our editor will choose a suitable track on your behalf.

  • Note: Please be aware that group photos, such as placing photos, are not included in this package.
     
  • Delivery:
    • Photos delivered within 3 weeks and videos within 4 weeks of the show date.
       

 

Additional Information

  • Refund Policy: Service is non-refundable unless not participating in the event.
  • File Retention: Media files retained for 6 weeks, then deleted.
  • Lost Files: Resending of lost files available for a $75 fee.

Terms and Condition

  • VLP takes photos and videos of your participation in the ICN competition.
  • VLP retains the media files for 6 weeks. All uploaded media will then be deleted.
  • Lost files can be requested for a $75 fee.
  • VLP may use the media for promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • You agree to indemnify VLP and settle disputes through binding arbitration.
