Important Booking Information:

• Ensure the name used during booking matches the name registered at the competition.
• If purchasing for someone else, the competitor's name must be specified in the booking notes.

• Details: Receive Maximum 20 images in total (will vary depending on time spent on stage) 
   
• Note: Includes stage placing photos of Top 5 (subject to availability; not guaranteed if not captured during the event)
• Delivery: All images will be delivered via email with a link to a private, password-protected gallery within 3 weeks of the show date.

• Includes:
  • A comprehensive package covering all divisions plus a hype reel video, ensuring consistent quality across both media types.
  • Personalised video showcasing your stage presence.
  • Formats suitable for Instagram reel display. (9:16 portrait ratio)
  • Duration of 30-60 seconds.
  • 20 images in total

  • Please share your top 3 preferred song choices in the notes section at checkout.
  • Our editor will select one of your submitted songs for the final video.
  • If music preferences are not provided before show day, our editor will choose a suitable track on your behalf.

• Note: Includes stage placing photos of Top 5 (subject to availability; not guaranteed if not captured during the event)
   

• Delivery:
  • Photos delivered within 3 weeks and videos within 4 weeks of the show date.

Additional Information

• Refund Policy: Service is non-refundable unless not participating in the event.
• File Retention: Media files retained for 6 weeks, then deleted.
• Lost Files: Resending of lost files available for a $75 fee.
