Our photographers and videographers will take photos and videos that will be lasting memories of your hard work.
1. PHOTOGRAPHY ONLY PACKAGES

- Standard Pricing (within 2 weeks of show):

4. FULL DAY DOCUMENTARY / YOUTUBE VLOG VIDEO & HYPE REEL PACKAGE
Dedicated videographer will follow competitor all day.
Entire day coverage, interview style talking heads, stage footage, coach, friends, family features.

- All-day coverage by a dedicated videographer.
- Features include interviews, stage footage, and moments with coach, friends, family.
- 3-5 mins long-form video plus a 30-60 sec hype reel.
- Coverage of all divisions, with 5-10 backstage photos.
- Ideal For:
- Competitors seeking an in-depth, professionally curated video experience for YouTube, social media, or websites.
- Limitation:
- Limited to 2 competitors per show.
- Your individual images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the show date.
- Your videos will be delivered within 5 weeks of the show date.
Additional Information
- Refund Policy: Service is non-refundable unless not participating in the event.
- File Retention: Media files retained for 6 weeks, then deleted.
- Lost Files: Resending of lost files available for a $75 fee.

ICN NSW Season A 2024 Media Packages
This service is non-refundable unless you do not participate in the event.
- VLP takes photos and videos of your project in the ICN competition.
- VLP retains the media files for 6 weeks, then deletes them.
- Lost files will be resent for a $75 fee.
- VLP may use the media for promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You agree to indemnify VLP and settle disputes through binding arbitration.
